What Youll Do

As a Paid Social & Influencer Marketing Specialist youll be at the forefront of our growth efforts in Germany. Your role will combine creativity performance analysis and relationshipbuilding as you craft campaigns that resonate with our audience. Specifically you will:

• Develop influencer partnerships: Find and engage influencers negotiate winwin collaborations and build longterm relationships.
• Run highperforming campaigns: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram Facebook and TikTok.
• Dive into data: Analyze customer acquisition performance adjust strategies in real time and share actionable insights with the team.
• Stay ahead of trends: Keep a pulse on social media trends experiment with new ideas and connect with emerging target audiences.
• Create engaging content: Collaborate with our creative team to produce thumbstopping ads and campaign materials.
