Job Title: Telecom Service Management Implementation Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a Telecom Service Management Implementation Specialist to join our Centre of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing telecom service management solutions strong business analyst skills and a focus on ServiceNow platform integrations and configurations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer process workshops to gather and understand telecom service management requirements.
- Prepare and deliver customer demos to showcase telecom service management capabilities.
- Lead the requirements gathering process and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design develop and deploy telecom service management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow for telecom service management.
- Develop workflows scripts and integrations with telecom systems.
- Manage endtoend deployments ensuring successful delivery and user adoption.
- Conduct testing training and provide ongoing support for telecom implementations.
- Ensure best practices and compliance with telecom industry standards.
Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in telecom service management implementation.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform preferred.
- Strong understanding of telecom operations and management practices.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong business analyst skills including workshop facilitation and requirements management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have experience:
1. Endtoend Implementation experience in ITOM.
2. Minimum 5 to 7 Implementation project experience.
3. CAS Certified System Administrator
4. CIS Implementation Certification ITOM
5. We need a candidate who can handle end to end offering tower for ITOM from duediligence workshops till Go live. All milestones.
6. Basically we are looking for Tower Leads. Not ServiceNow developers. Consulting Resources with strong technical skills.
