Job Description:
Reporting to the CEO you will be a key member of the senior management team and play a pivotal role overlooking both strategic and operational scopes in HR. The incumbent will also support daytoday operations:
Responsibilities:
- Understand the business to champion to develop and implement effective HR strategies policies and programmes.
- Take charge of the full spectrum of HR including developing policies directing and coordinating HR activities such as compensation & benefits performance review employee engagement and relations employee services and other HRrelated matters.
- To build and enhance employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle with people initiatives and process improvements.
- Build strong partnerships with business line managers and employees to effectively implement HR programmes and resolve employee relations issues.
- Drive change management process improvement and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage employeerelated surveys job evaluations data analysis and insights to identify gaps and make recommendations.
- Providing advice and guidance across a variety of HR issues initiatives and legislation.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or above (preferably in HR Background).
5 years of People Operations/Human Resources related to experience.
Experience developing and implementing HR initiatives and policies.
Strong business partnering skills and HR acumen including problemsolving skills project management & leadership abilities.
Strong knowledge and experience in Employee Relations/Compliance.
HR exposure within Consulting or Tech industry will be an advantage.
HR Generalist experience with proficiency in HRIS systems.
Coaching skills with the experience of managing a small team.
Comfortable to work with a remote team.
Able to handle pressure and prioritise.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.
Proficiency in Chinese or French will be a plus.
Ability to cope well with ambiguity and change in a dynamic environment.
