• Understand the business to champion to develop and implement effective HR strategies policies and programmes.
  
• Take charge of the full spectrum of HR including developing policies directing and coordinating HR activities such as compensation & benefits performance review employee engagement and relations employee services and other HRrelated matters.
  
• To build and enhance employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle with people initiatives and process improvements.
  
• Build strong partnerships with business line managers and employees to effectively implement HR programmes and resolve employee relations issues.
  
• Drive change management process improvement and organizational effectiveness.
  
• Manage employeerelated surveys job evaluations data analysis and insights to identify gaps and make recommendations.
  
• Providing advice and guidance across a variety of HR issues initiatives and legislation.
