Main Responsibilities:
Learning & Development Goal:
To build better employee experiences and career paths by providing tailored learning opportunities and simplifying processes.
You will help the HR team and line managers to:
- Formalize the training catalogue for(internal and external courses).
- Optimize the training application validation process and tools.
- Improve data collection and utilization processes.
- Define training KPIs to measure efficiency and progression.
- Set up a training feedback collection process.
- Identify new training needs and suppliers.
- Manage partnerships and contracts with training providers.
- Prepare training reports and update training files.
- Collaborate with the IT department to improve the training digital platform.
Other Responsibilities:
Recruiting Goal:
To create meaningful candidate and new joiner experiences through qualitative interviews candidate followup and customized onboarding processes.
You will help the HR team and hiring managers to:
- Finetune hiring needs.
- Write engaging job descriptions.
- Build the employer branding both locally and internationally (e.g. participation in job fairs networking events).
- Shortlist profiles and coordinate interview processes.
- Conduct interviews and identify the right talents.
- Keep candidates informed provide regular qualitative feedback and follow up.
- Manage offer discussions and contract preparation.
- Follow up on offer statuses with hiring managers.
- Launch onboarding processes.
- Support the organization of onboarding days and events.
Other Projects:
- Contribute to the implementation of a new HRMS (Workday).
- Assist with the change management roadmap: information sharing communication coordination and user adoption.
- Prepare training materials formats and sessions.
Who Were Looking For:
- You are pursuing a Master s degree in HR Business or Management.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are a good team player.
- You are fluent in French and English.
- You are proficient in Google Suite and Excel.
- You are curious eager to learn detailoriented and organized.
Working Conditions:
- 6month internship starting January 2025.
- 42 hours/week.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources/ Business Management Commercially oriented, preferably having worked in direct sales Supported consulting and consultative sales At least 5 6 years of relevant work experience Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to adapt to the changing needs of a start-up; highly developed ability to listen deeply
