German Speaking Content Moderator
Project: Popular Streaming Service Platform
Review online videos within a streaming service platform. This role involves the removal of inappropriate content to ensure a safe experience for users and the community. You will be the first person to see top content and make sure our community is getting the right content.
Work Hours and Shifts:
- Shifts rotate monthly: 08:00 to 17:00 14:00 to 23:00 and 23:00 to 08:00.
- Night shifts (23:00 to 07:00) include a 25% wage surplus.
- Breaks include a 1hour lunch break and two 15minute breaks.
Total salary received per month of : Euros 1876.60
Based on following breakdown
- Yearly base salary: 15260 gross
- Yearly transportation bonus: 720
- Yearly language bonus: 3240
- Yearly performance bonus: 5% of annual base salary
- Meal allowance: 7.63 per workday paid in meal card
- Expenses 60 per month (x12)
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate user flagging reports regarding website content.
- Stay informed about client policies and guidelines.
- Identify and flag content that does not comply with guidelines in a timely manner.
- Ensure content review meets agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
- Recognize trends and patterns escalating issues that fall outside established policies.
- Utilize marketspecific knowledge to improve user community support.
- Review sensitive content including graphic or disturbing material.
DaytoDay Responsibilities:
- Review online videos within the streaming service.
- Remove inappropriate content.
- Handle sensitive content such as hate speech harassment violence and nudity.
- Ensure a safe experience for users of the application and community.

Holidays:
- 2 days of holiday per month worked.
- Options for holiday and Christmas allowance payments: either 12 monthly installments or full amount in June (Holiday allowance) and November (Christmas allowance).
