Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate online content to ensure it adheres to established guidelines and standards.
  • Identify and escalate inappropriate content or potential issues.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving content quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance moderation processes.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in content moderation or a contact center is a plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
