Job Description
We are seeking a Content Moderator fluent in Dutch to join our team in Lisbon. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing online content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and standards. This is an onsite position with working hours from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM. We welcome applicants with or without prior experience in a contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate online content to ensure adherence to established guidelines and standards.
- Identify and escalate any inappropriate content or potential issues.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving content quality.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance moderation processes.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all evaluations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in content moderation or a contact center is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
