1. Recruitment & Selection: Manage endtoend recruitment process including job postings candidate sourcing interviews and onboarding.
2. Employee Relations: Handle employee complaints grievances and conflicts; provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
3. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits including health insurance retirement plans and other programs.
4. Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
5. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems including goal setting evaluations and feedback.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws regulations and company policies.
7. Employee Communications: Develop and implement employee communications strategies including company news policies and updates.
8. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare HRrelated reports and analytics including turnover rates training metrics and compliance data.
9. Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies procedures and guidelines.
10. Special Projects: Lead or participate in special HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives diversity and inclusion programs or HR system implementations.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field
1 to 3 years of experience in HR Executive
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
