Job Summary: The Human Resource Manager will lead the HR department and ensure the effective management of all HR functions. This role demands strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment training and development programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage employee relations performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HRrelated matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements
MSc/BSc/HND in Human Resource Management Business Administration or a related field.
Professional certification from relevant bodies (e.g. CIPM SHRM) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management or a related role.
Strong leadership and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and computer literacy.
Excellent communication skills with a good command of English.
