Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and Development: Encourage a positive store culture by coaching and developing your team s knowledge skills and behaviours ensuring they are ready to excel and grow.
- Health and Safety: Oversee and maintain a safe and secure environment for all team members customers and contractors adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer needs providing solutions and ensuring the best shopping experience.
- HighPerformance Team: Build and lead a highperformance team focused on achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) driving store success.
Requirements
Essential Experience/Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales team development and leadership demonstrating a track record of success in similar roles.
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service with the ability to address and resolve customer needs effectively.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment ensuring smooth operations and team efficiency.
- Comfortable with technology and computer literacy essential for managing store operations and reporting.
- Willingness to work weekdays weekends and some public holidays adapting to the needs of the store.
