Responsibilities
Experiences in serving or handling HNI Clients luxury brand and premium developer.
Responsible for increasing Direct Sales at a site to achieve sales targets.
Responsible for all direct & CP enquiries.
Give feedback calls to customers and ensure to update the same in the walkin report.
Should be excellent in negotiation and closing the deals.
Do regular followups with customers to ensure closure.
Crafting sales strategies to ensure all sales plans and targets are executed.
Ensure endtoend booking process with a collection of the initial booking amount.
Understand and keep abreast with the competition and their activities related to current pricing offers and sales strategy.
Achieve the maximum level of customer satisfaction while striving towards maximizing sales for the organization.
