Job Description

For our client an independent Swiss Asset Management Company with a FINMA license in the canton Zug we are looking for:

Relationship Management Director (m/f/d) 100%

Tasks

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive relationship management strategy aligned with the companys business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a highperforming team of relationship managers providing guidance coaching and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including institutional investors and highnetworth individuals.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging existing client relationships and market insights.
  • Oversee the delivery of exceptional client service ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Cooperation with partner banks developing and maintaining relationships with banks and financial intermediaries.

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Proven experience in a Swiss bank (5 years)
  • Understanding of internal bank processes and compliance procedures
  • Demonstrated administrative experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Fluency in Russian and English; good proficiency in German
  • Cpermit or Swiss citizenship
