Job Role: M con/ SM con Consumer Lending

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners to 3 weeks

JD – Manger Consulting / Sr Manager Consulting – Consumer Lending domain

• 1218 years of experience working with a Consumer Lending Division of an organization in India and/or an IT Consulting firm specializing in Lending domain (Preferred worked in Indian Market)
• Good understanding of the loan origination lifecycle and experience working on leading Loan origination systems operating in India geography
• Experienced in all phases of the Project Development Life Cycle: Business Analysis GAP analysis. Portfolio Performance Management and Project Finance Management across Analysis Design Build Testing and Delivery
• Facilitate Requirement discussion with business owners and technical developers gather document and manage requirements.
• Proficient in creating Requirements documentation and elicitation from varied geographical teams and banks (BRDs/FRDs)
• Preferably Agile experience EPIC/User story writing vis tools such as JIRA Confluence
• Participate in client engagement (pursuits projects discussions) and provide value add to the client from a domain/business point of view
• Excellent communication & presentation skills Excellent stakeholder management clear communication and timely reporting
