- Manage the entire lifecycle of consumer leads from acquisition to conversion.
- Manage the growing leads database and continuously be on top of it.
- Assign leads to team members and monitor the progress on leads.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and manage campaigns that generate quality leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and improve conversion rates.
- Oversee lead tracking and management within the CRM system.
- Ensure the accuracy of lead data pipeline visibility and timely followups.
- Gather insights on consumer needs and behavior to refine lead generation efforts.
- Stay informed on market trends competitor activities and changes in consumer demand to identify new opportunities.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Zoho CRM Salesforce HubSpot) and lead generation technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of developing successful lead generation strategies.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
