This is a remote position.
Position Title: Virtual AssistantWork Setup: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 30000.00 Php 45000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 10:00 PM 6:30 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant:
Oversee and manage Facebook page including posting content engaging with followers and monitoring messages.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.
Handle appointment bookings and calendar management to ensure smooth scheduling and followups.
Utilize HubSpot for CRM tasks including managing contacts tracking interactions and generating reports.
Assist with data entry and maintain uptodate information in the CRM system.
Apply basic knowledge of natural medicines to assist with relevant queries and support related activities.
Qualifications as a Virtual Assistant:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Familiarity with appointment scheduling software and tools.
Knowledge or interest in natural medicine or holistic health and wellness practices.
Proficient in HubSpot and other CRM tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience managing social media platforms particularly Facebook.
Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
