Senior Manager Corporate Finance

• Examine financial and operational results to identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to enhance business and financial performance.
  
• Assist the CFO in formulating and executing strategic financial plans.
  
• Support the CFO with planning and managing equity and debt capital.
  
• Evaluate and advise on the appropriate capital structure and allocation strategies.
  
• Identify critical financial and business risks and develop effective risk management processes.
  
• Lead and manage initiatives aimed at improving and transforming the Finance function.
  
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
  
• Perform additional responsibilities as delegated by the direct supervisor.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Auditing or a related field.
  
• At least 7 years of experience working in large and reputable corporations.
  
• Strong preference for experience in the real estate industry.
  
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
  
• Experience with budgeting forecasting and capital allocation.
  
• Indepth understanding of real estate financing and investment concepts.
  
• Proficiency in financial modeling and business valuation techniques.
  
• Strong analytical reasoning and problemsolving abilities.
  
• Attention to detail and a handson approach.
  
• Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations.
