We are looking to hire a Sales Manager/ Application Engineer Steam and Spares Accessories for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc Marketing or Business Management / NDT/NDES/HNDE/ City & Guilds (Mechanical Engineering)
- 1 to 2 years in Sales & Marketing of steam traps PRV PRS & condensate recovery systems and possess a good knowledge of Application Engineering.
- Experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of walkthrough steam audits and suggestions for improvement
- To possess knowledge of steam distribution and preparing reports for energy conservation.
- Market intelligence to understand competition strategies.
- Application Knowledge.
- Great presentation skills.
- Communication negotiations presentations fast learner
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and market share goals.
- Identify and engage potential clients cultivating longterm relationships and driving business growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers ensuring the optimal application of our products.
- Assist in the design and customization of solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
