Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead and grow our operations in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the recruitment and manpower industry with a strong network. This role is critical to our expansion strategy in Vietnam and will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business plan driving revenue growth and building a highperforming team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic business plan to establish and grow Spertons presence in Vietnam aligning with the companys global objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities with international companies in the Energy and Manufacturing sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. Implement best practices and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Team Management: Recruit develop and lead a team of highperforming recruitment professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and success.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends market developments and competitive dynamics in Vietnam. Provide strategic insights to the global leadership team to inform business decisions.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L for the Vietnam office ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. Monitor budgetary performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the recruitment and manpower industry. Previous experience in a leadership role is essential.
- Network: Strong network within the Energy and Manufacturing industries in Vietnam is a plus. Proven ability to secure new business and build longterm client relationships.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams with a track record of achieving and exceeding business targets.
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Cultural Understanding: Indepth understanding of the Vietnamese business environment culture and market dynamics.
