Working Time: Fieldbased role with flexible working hours.
Employment Type: Fulltime.
Compensation: Up to USD 1300 gross per month.

Our client is a SaaS platform that streamlines fleet payments and expense management creating a cashless ecosystem for fleet operators gas stations and automotive service providers. Fleet operators rely on our client to track fuel expenses optimize fleet performance and simplify transactions while gas stations and service providers benefit from secure cashless payments and access to a broader customer base. As our client continues to expand its network the company is looking for a Partnership & Merchant Manager to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
As a Partnership & Merchant Manager you will play a key role in growing and strengthening our clients network of gas stations and automotive service providers. Youll build lasting relationships help partners get the most out of our clients solutions and encourage them to refer new business.
This role is a mix of fieldwork and strategy youll spend about 50% of your time on the road meeting partners and prospects in Ho Chi Minh City Binh Duong Dong Nai and nearby areas. Youll also work closely with fleet owners helping them find the right automotive maintenance and repair services.

Revenue Growth Expanding partner contributions to our clients revenue.
Merchant & Customer Acquisition Onboarding new automotive service providers & fleet owners.
Visit & Engagement Metrics Maintaining highquality interactions with existing and new partners.
Referral Generation Encouraging partners to generate leads for Dibee.
Business Integrity Checks Ensuring partners are legitimate and compliant.
Build and maintain relationships with gas station partners ensuring engagement and retraining when needed.
Develop new partnerships with automotive service providers and onboard them onto our clients platform.
Identify and acquire fleet owners as customers helping them find the right automotive maintenance and repair services.
Spend at least 50% of your time in the field meeting partners and prospects.
Travel via motorbike to efficiently cover your assigned territory.
Support our clients structured onboarding and training process for new partners.
Verify that all new partners are legitimate and nonfraudulent before onboarding.
Present and sell our clients full range of solutions including valueadded services that help merchants grow revenue.
Negotiate terms and conditions with merchants to secure profitable agreements.
Stay updated on current automotive service trends competitor offerings and local regulations to optimize our clients sales strategies.
Monitor merchant account performance and identify upselling opportunities.
Provide feedback from the field to our clients leadership team for continuous improvement.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field.
Professional Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales partnerships or merchant acquisition.
Experience in automotive services fleet management or fuel payment solutions is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills:
Strong sales negotiation and relationship management skills.
Fluent Vietnamese is required.
Business proficiency in English to engage with foreign CEO and internal stakeholders.
Ability to travel via motorbike to visit merchants and partners across the assigned region.
Knowledge of payment processing systems and fleet management technologies.
Familiarity with CRM tools and datadriven performance tracking.
Proactive and selfmotivated Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong interpersonal skills Ability to build trust with partners and influence decisionmaking.
