WHAT IS YOUR FUNCTION
As a Sales Manager youll play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by responsible for cultivating strong relationships with existing clients identifying new opportunities and expanding our market reach.
WHAT ARE YOUR DUTIES

Business Development: Actively seek and engage with target accounts including shipping lines depots and manufacturers.
Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong longlasting relationships with our valued clients.
Market Analysis: Identify potential corridors and market opportunities that align with our strategic goals.
Knowledge Sharing: Share valuable market insights and knowledge within the organization to support informed decisionmaking.
Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other duties as assigned to contribute to the teams overall success.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Youre the perfect fit if passionate about sales driven to succeed and thrive in a dynamic environment:
Education & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Transportation Supply Chain Management or a related field of study.
Experience: Sales experience in Logistics/ Supply chain. Shipping line/ Depot/ Barge background is nice to have.
Specialist Knowledge & Skills: Good at communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Preferred characters: creative openminded & outgoing honestly & responsible.
