Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of performance management and organization management. Fluency in both English and Chinese is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management

  1. Develop implement and maintain performance management systems to ensure the effective measurement and enhancement of employee performance.
  2. Guide managers and employees through the performance appraisal process ensuring fairness and consistency.
  3. Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement providing recommendations to management.
  4. Support the creation of performance improvement plans and provide coaching to managers and employees.

Organization Management:

  1. Assist in designing and implementing organizational structures that align with the companys goals and strategies.
  2. Support organizational change initiatives ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication throughout the process.
  3. Monitor organizational effectiveness and provide insights to senior management to optimize structures and workflows.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of organizational goals and employee performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

  1. Prepare and present reports on performance management and organizational effectiveness to senior management.
  2. Utilize data analytics to track HR metrics related to performance and organization management and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in HR with a focus on performance management and organizational development.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong understanding of performance management systems and organizational design principles.
  • Excellent communication analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
