About The Internship

TKH Airport Solutions is an innovator in airfield ground lighting (AGL) committed to revolutionizing the aviation industry. As part of our HR team you will play a vital role in supporting our employee engagement initiatives recruitment processes and talent development programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain handson experience while making a real impact in a supportive and dynamic environment.

You will work closely with our HR Manager assisting with daily operations supporting recruitment efforts and contributing to HR initiatives. Your tasks may include drafting job descriptions coordinating interviews maintaining employee records and helping with employee engagement activities. We value flexibility and are eager to tailor the internship to your interests and strengths.

We are looking for

We are looking for candidates who are currently studying for a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or a related field. A passion for HR and a desire to make a difference in the workplace are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams are also important.

Your Profile

Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

A strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn about HR practices and processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.

Detailoriented and organized with strong administrative skills.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas.

A strong team player able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments.
