Job Description
We are looking for an auto workshop manager to manage our auto workshop. This person must be able to run the auto workshop profitably through productive staffing customer retention cost controls and maintenance of all service records.
Location: Idu Yard Abuja
Responsibilities:
- Maintains highquality service repairs and minimizes comebacks.
- Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and qualify
- Ensure that the work areas and customer waiting area are kept clean
- Ensure the proper care storage and inventory of special tools.
- Ensure that customer service files are up to date and readily available for reference.
- Prepares pricing guides and maintenance menus for frequent labor operations.
- Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership guides.
- Establishes and maintains 24hour followup with all customers to confirm satisfaction with the service.
- Maintains a safe work environment
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

Remuneration: NGN 250000 N350000 plus peformance bonuses.
Requirements: This position is open preferably to a female candidate Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc in any discipline Candidates with a digital marketing certification will be preferred. 1 - 3 years of experience preferably in a digital marketing agency. Areas Of Work Search Engine Optimization Social Media Marketing Content Marketing Email Marketing Funnel building and implementation End-to-end campaign management.
