Our client is a collection of uniquely designed hotel apartments. Due to expansion they are in need of a Guest Service Assistant.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Guest Service Assistant would be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience throughout their stay. This role involves managing front desk operations assisting with guest inquiries and supporting other departments to meet guest needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth checkin and checkout process.
- Handling guest inquiries requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Managing front desk operations including booking reservations and processing payments.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and wait staff to fulfill guest requests.
- Providing information about the hotels facilities services and local attractions.
- Assisting in arranging transportation dining reservations and other guest services.
- Maintaining accurate guest records and updating reservation systems.
- Ensuring the lobby and reception areas are clean organized and welcoming.
- Handling guest feedback and escalating issues to the operations Manager and Guest Service Manager when necessary.
- Supporting the Guest Service Manager in daily operations and special projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a guest service or front desk role within the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with the Google Drive ecosystem (Sheets Docs etc.)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and other office tools.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
