Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Overview

We are seeking resultsdriven and motivated Sales Representatives to drive sales and revenue growth for a rapidly expanding powerhouse in the health and wellness industry.


Core Tasks

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients through proactive outreach followup and exceptional customer service.

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively suggest suitable products that meet their health goals.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets through effective upselling and crossselling strategies.

  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge industry trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

  • Provide feedback from customers to the product development team to help in enhancing product offerings and creating new products that meet market needs.

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.



Requirements

Must Haves

  • Proven phone sales experience preferably in the health supplements or related industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in CRM software such as Go High Level.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

  • Extremely selfmotivated with a diligent work ethic.

  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Basic intermediate Excel or Google sheets

  • Ability to work in EST timezone



Core Tasks: Scrape quality contact and additional information to support the outreach Research new potential targets and avenues for lead list gathering Track performance metrics and provide regular basic reporting on results Perform other tactical sales-related tasks as needed Must-Haves: 3+ years experience in a sales support or similar role Familiarity with popular web scraping tools Basic - intermediate Google Sheets experience for basic data entry and reporting Strong written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work EST Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with Gmail / Slack for internal team comms
