Our client is a leading FMCG company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market and Distributor Management:
Manage the regions operations to increase sales and market share focusing on coverage and display.
Create and implement efficient work plans to achieve goals within weekly monthly and quarterly timelines.
Build and maintain a strong customer base in the region.
Serve as a liaison between the company and distributors managing operations in assigned areas.
Manage distributor relationships and develop efficient business strategies that comply with company standards.
Manage inventory and plan supply orders with distributors.
Marketing/Sales Staff Management:
Assessment instruction and monitoring of marketing staff compliance with internal regulations..
Encouraging staff to meet sales targets follow product guidelines and implement proper product displays.
Evaluate the effectiveness of POSM and implement promotional activities according to company policies.
Bachelor s degree male candidates are preferred.
Prioritize candidates who are wellversed in the region and have experience working in the area.
Demonstrated leadership skills in various fields with a preference for experience in the consumer goods industry.
At least 1 year of leadership experience in GT channel sales (or have 2 years of experience in a marketing or sales position within the GT channel).
An honest and resilient leader with effective organizational and problemsolving skills who can negotiate effectively and think critically.
