Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Zoho Expert. This role requires 3 to 4 years of experience in Zoho applications and will be based in Hyderabad Telangana India. The position is fulltime offering a competitive salary.
Qualifications And Skills
- 3 to 4 years of experience working with Zoho applications (e.g. Zoho CRM Zoho Creator Zoho Projects)
- Strong knowledge of Zoho modules and functionalities
- Proficiency in configuring customizing and automating Zoho systems
- Experience with Zoho integrations and API usage
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Roles And Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Zoho modules based on business requirements
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Zoho systems
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify system improvements and enhancements
- Develop and implement automation workflows using Zoho applications
- Train and support endusers on Zoho functionalities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications.
- Stay up to date with Zoho updates new features and best practices.
