Job Description
Open Position: IT Support Specialist (Legal Firm)
A Legal Firm company is currently hiring IT Support Specialist to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
Holds Bachelor s degree in Information Technology is preferred.
Troubleshoots diagnoses problems implements corrective action procedures in other computerrelated systems and applications.
Monitor and oversee all activities to ensure availability and expected performance of all internal systems.
Providing technical support to users who are experiencing problems with their computers or software applications.
Having professional IT certifications in Microsoft would be an added advantage.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
