Cantonese/Mandarin Tech Support
LEADING BRAND IN COMPUTERS
CANTONESE AND MANDARIN LANGUAGE SUPPORT FOR HONG KONG AND TAIWANESE CUSTOMERS.
The Position:
The Executive Technical Support will be required to manage incoming calls and emails pertaining to PCs Laptops and related products and services.
The position will require you to support the contact centre in spoken and written English and CANTONESE AND MANDARIN LANGUAGE SUPPORT.
Operational hours currently 9am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays however working towards 24/7 in future.
The Requirements for the Role:
Minimum SPM with Computer hardware knowledge
Excellent command of spoken and written English and CANTONESE AND MANDARIN LANGUAGE SUPPORT
Possess initiative able to work independently and as a team
Dynamic highly motivated and a resultoriented team player with good interpersonal skills
Well versed in PC hardware and software
Operational hours: 24/7
The Package:
Attractive Salary(RM3000RM4000).
Performance related allowance on a quarterly basis for confirmed staff.
15 days Annual Leave.
