Job Description
Open Position: Regional IT Manager (MNC Company)
An MNC Company is currently hiring a Regional IT Manager to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holds Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing IT teams and delivering complex IT projects.
- Develop and implement a regional IT strategy aligned with the companys overall business goals.
- Support Group functions in conducting IT assurance validation testing report any identified gaps at local units and monitor the progress of addressing those gaps.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals providing guidance mentorship and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure networks and systems in the region.
- Lead and coordinate the execution of IT projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and meeting quality standards.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
