Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and cold calling Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with the best candidates Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential clients and target areas for business growth Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase our services and value proposition Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement Provide excellent customer service to clients ensuring their satisfaction with our services Represent the company at networking events and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships with potential clients
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in the Engineering industry Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Knowledge of market research and sales techniques Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Willingness to travel for business purposes
