Position: Client Solution Specialist Keys Recruiters is a leading recruitment agency that specializes in finding top talent for our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Client Solution Specialist to join our team on a fulltime basis. As a Client Solution Specialist you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and drive client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries providing timely and accurate responses Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and source top talent for our clients Conduct regular checkins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns Provide support to clients throughout the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding Act as a liaison between the client and the recruitment team ensuring clear communication and efficient processes Keep uptodate with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable advice and recommendations to clients Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and crosssell services to clients Maintain accurate and uptodate client records in our database Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clientfacing role preferably in a recruitment or sales environment Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment Proven problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities Knowledge of recruitment processes and industry trends is an asset Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed At Keys Recruiters we value our employees and provide a supportive and collaborative work environment.
