Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional with a passion for oncology Were seeking an Oncology Account Manager (OAM) to join our team and drive sales success in Arizona Utah Colorado and Wyoming. In this role youll develop and maintain key relationships with healthcare providers from oncologists to pharmacists to ensure our products reach the patients who need them most. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Excellence: Achieve sales goals and market share targets in your assigned territory by building and enhancing relationships with key customers including oncologists hematologists oncology nurses pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as tumor boards teaching institutions oncology patient organizations hospitals and formulary committees.
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and promotional guidelines to ensure ethical and effective promotion of our products.
Qualifications Skills & Requirements:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills in Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Salesforce/Veeva.
- Flexibility: Availability for occasional nights weekends and business travel by air rail or automobile as required by territory demands (0% 60%).
- Location Requirement: Must reside within the territory (Arizona Utah Colorado Wyoming).
- Compliance: Must be willing to undergo a drug test and postoffer physical (if required). A valid U.S. drivers license car and a clean driving record in compliance with company standards are essential.
Education & Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution is required with a preference for majors in Biological Science and/or Chemistry.
- Sales Experience: 13 years of pharmaceutical sales experience is required with a preference for 3 years of experience in the Oncology Immunology Hematology or Rare Disease therapeutic markets.
- Preferred Candidates: Oncology RNs PAs NPs or equivalent with previous pharmaceutical sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales objectives particularly in territories with minimal copromotion or POD selling environments.
