About the Opportunity:
Our client a prominent manufacturer of highquality automotive components is seeking a seasoned Account Manager to manage and grow their relationship with Volvo. This position is based in North Carolina and offers the chance to work with an industry leader recognized for innovation and excellence.

The Role:
You will serve as the primary liaison between our client and Volvo ensuring seamless communication exceptional service and the development of longterm strategic partnerships. This role demands a deep understanding of the automotive industry and the ability to identify growth opportunities while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers at Volvo.
  • Drive business growth through proactive account management and identification of new opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact ensuring all customer requirements are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver highquality components on time and within budget.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve winwin outcomes for both parties.
  • Monitor market trends customer needs and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular account updates forecasts and performance reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience managing Volvo accounts within the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and account growth objectives.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problemsolving capabilities.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to manage priorities independently.
  • Willing to travel to Volvo and company sites as needed.
