NB: Experience in account management sales or business development preferably within the recycling or manufacturing industry is compulsory.
Account management responsibilities include developing strong customer relationships connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers will also answer FREEE Recycle Limited queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role you will liaise with crossfunctional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the companys activities.

1. Account Management
a) Oversee the management of all accounts related to FREEE Recycle Limited ensuring accuracy
and consistency.
b) Develop and implement strategies for effective account management and resolution of
accountrelated issues.
c) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure account requirements and expectations are met.
d) Review and approve accountrelated documentation and transactions.
e) Maintain uptodate records of all account activities and communications.
2. Financial Management
a) Prepare and manage budgets for FREEE Recycle Limited accounts ensuring profitability and
costeffectiveness.
b) Monitor and report on financial performance including invoicing and payment collection.
c) Conduct financial analyses to support strategic decisionmaking and improve financial
outcomes.
d) Negotiate contract terms and pricing with FREEE Recycle Limiteds clients to maximize
revenue and profitability.
e) Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to management.
3. Reporting and Analysis
a) Prepare detailed reports on account performance financial status and key metrics.
b) Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights.
c) Present reports and analyses to senior management and recommend strategies for
improvement.
d) Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account management.
e) Ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulatory requirements
4. Process Improvement
a) Identify areas for improvement in account management processes and systems.
b) Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
c) Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the companys processes.
d) Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and address challenges.
e) Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and make necessary
adjustments
