Animation Specialist

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop 3D models and animations to bring concepts to life
• Utilize animation software to produce highquality visual content
• Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard and conceptualize animation projects
• Add visual effects and enhancements to animations to ensure a polished final product
• Work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines and deliver outstanding animated content
• Manage and organize animation files and assets for efficient project workflows
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in animation and visual storytelling
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance animation projects
• Ensure consistency and quality across all animated content
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the animation process and workflow
• Collaborate with sound designers and composers to synchronize audio with animations
• Adhere to project specifications and requirements while maintaining creative integrity
• Review and revise animations based on feedback from stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of new animation techniques and styles
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications:

1. Animation Skills: Expertise in 2D and/or 3D animation techniques including character design and movement.
2. Software Proficiency: Proficient in animation software like Adobe Animate Blender Maya Toon Boom Harmony and After Effects.
3. Storyboarding: Ability to create storyboards and concept art to visualize animation projects.
4. Visual Design: Strong graphic design skills for creating backgrounds characters and other visual elements using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
5. Motion Graphics: Experience with motion graphics and text animation particularly in Adobe After Effects.
6. Audio Integration: Basic skills in sound design and the ability to integrate audio voiceovers and music into animations.
7. Rendering Knowledge: Understanding of rendering processes and file management for highquality outputs.
