Job Summary:
As a Clinical Supplies & IRT Analyst at MakroCare you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex business processes and the product team. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the seamless integration of clinical supply chain management with Interactive Response Technology (IRT) and EDC tools. Working closely with the IT Business Partner IT Product Manager and various business stakeholders you will leverage your industry experience and agile approach to deliver and optimize solutions that align with our business and IT roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Business Clinical Analyst for the IT Product team focusing on Clinical & Supplies business processes. Ensure that all business requirements are thoroughly analyzed and documented.
- Lead the analysis and development of new processes and review and refine existing functional and technical processes. Identify workflow improvements propose solutions and engage with business stakeholders process leads and vendors to enhance system functionality.
- Apply an Agile mindset to collaborate effectively with the Product team and business stakeholders ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Conduct workshops gather and document requirements perform backlog grooming and update user stories as needed for all clinical applications and platforms.
- Ensure all system and process documentation is up to date in accordance with SOPs.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to the creation and maintenance of operational documentation including SOPs work instructions manuals and training materials for endusers and system administrators.
- Coordinate and develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in collaboration with the product manager business stakeholders and product team for vendor and application selection processes.
- Perform and review QC on deliverables provided by vendors and the technical team to ensure they meet specified requirements and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
- 25 years of experience in clinical supply chain management IRT/EDC tools or a related area.
- Proven experience in business analysis process improvement and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
