Essential Job Functions
Recommends specific product configurations to assist with overall system design and integration.
Configures implements and provides complex product support activities to meet client needs.
Performs systems modeling simulation and analysis to provide appropriate software solutions.
Designs and develops ABAP programs to meet client business needs.
Provides input for documentation of new or existing programs to ensure information accessibility as required.
Participates in designing developing troubleshooting and analyzing software programs that operate with hardware systems.
Provides feedback and reports to management on the status and availability of software and hardware to ensure proper functioning.
Works with customer(s) to provide handson first level support.
Serves as the subject matter expert on product systems processes BW architecture and interface capabilities.
Participates in acceptance testing coordinates product implementation.
Identifies issues and solidifies plans for using them to meet business needs. Assists in preparing requirements evaluating requirements with impact and/or gap analysis and proposing solutions.
Ensure that the technical solution addresses the business concern.
Addresses product requirements usability change requests and defines future functionality to end users and stakeholder groups to increase understanding of existing solution & new requirements.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelors degree in computer science information systems or related field preferred
Five or more years of experience with technical product configuration design and/or integration
Business Warehouse (BW) Experience Must
ABAP Development Experience to work in BW independently Must.
Good analytical skills and problemsolving skills confident to discuss the requirement with the customer independently and be able to design the solution Must.
Good Experience in quality assurance testing Must
Experience in Upgrade and/or migration Nice to have.
BPC Experience Nice to have.

Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work
