Overview:
The Strategic Partnerships Specialist (A) plays a crucial role in identifying developing and nurturing strategic partnerships to support the organizations growth and expansion. This role involves leveraging existing relationships and building new ones to drive increased revenue market share and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching potential strategic partners to explore collaboration opportunities
- Developing and executing partnership strategies to achieve business objectives
- Building and maintaining strong longterm relationships with partners
- Negotiating partnership agreements and contractual terms
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to implement partnership initiatives
- Monitoring and evaluating partnership performance and making datadriven recommendations for improvement
- Conducting market research and identifying trends to inform partnership opportunities
- Creating compelling partnership proposals and presentations
- Representing the organization at industry events and conferences to foster partnerships
- Ensuring alignment of partnerships with overall business goals and values

- Tracking and reporting on partnership activities and outcomes

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in strategic partnership development or a similar role
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing partnership deals
- Strong understanding of business and financial principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and identify partnership opportunities
- Experience in project management and leading crossfunctional initiatives
- Solid analytical and problemsolving abilities

NOTE:
3 years of experience selling to large enterprises involving complex solution sales
Exceptional communication presentation skills and very high level of energy integrity
and perseverance
Prior experience in a fastpaced B2B startup environment is preferred
Education:
MBA from Tier 2/3 B school or Engineering from premier institute
