Job Description
Overview:
The Senior Executive Accounts & Finance plays a critical role in ensuring the financial stability and growth of the organization. They are responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial activities providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Develop and maintain financial procedures
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Identify and mitigate financial risks
- Implement costsaving initiatives
- Stay updated with accounting and financial regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Proven experience in financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Ability to communicate financial information effectively
- Experience in risk management and internal controls
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
