Job Description
Roles & Responsibility:
Requirements Analysis: Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Zoho application development.
Customization: Customize Zoho applications by configuring workflows creating custom modules fields and views to align with business processes.
Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with other systems using APIs webhooks and thirdparty integration platforms to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
Automation: Develop Deluge scripts to automate repetitive tasks notifications and approvals improving operational efficiency and reducing manual errors.
Data Management: Manage data within Zoho applications including data import/export data cleansing deduplication and ensuring data integrity and security.
UI/UX Enhancement: Enhance user experience by designing intuitive user interfaces creating custom dashboards reports and widgets to provide actionable insights.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Deluge scripts and applications to ensure functionality performance and reliability. Debug and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Documentation: Document code configurations and processes to maintain an organized repository of knowledge for reference and future enhancements.
Training and Support: Provide training to endusers on using Zoho applications effectively. Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve user queries and issues.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Zoho features best practices and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
