Role and Responsibilities:
- Claims Processing: Efficiently handle and process claims related to Fire Engineering and Marine insurance ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Documentation and Reporting: Accurately maintain claims MIS and prepare detailed reports using Excel Outlook and PowerPoint. Ensure all documentation is uptodate and easily accessible for auditing and review purposes.
- Client Communication: Proactively follow up with surveyors clients and insurance companies to facilitate timely claims settlements. Provide clear and concise communication to all stakeholders addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
- Independence: Capably manage claims independently under the guidance of senior team members demonstrating the ability to make informed decisions and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience: 25 years of experience in handling Fire Engineering and Marine claims. Freshers are also considered for entrylevel claims handling roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel Outlook and PowerPoint is essential for preparing reports managing data and communicating effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients surveyors and insurance companies.
- Preferred Qualifications: Graduates in any stream with III qualifications are preferred. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
