Overview:
The HR Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the HR department and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR activities. They are responsible for implementing HR initiatives policies and procedures and managing HR systems to support the organizations business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR operations team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services.
- Develop and implement HR policies procedures and programs to support organizational goals.
- Oversee the management of HRIS and other HR systems to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and manage HR audits and reporting requirements.
- Manage employee relations including conflict resolution performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with other departments to support talent acquisition onboarding and training initiatives.
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure the delivery of comprehensive and competitive benefits packages.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives aimed at process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular evaluations of HR operations processes and recommend improvements.
- Participate in budgeting and resource allocation for HR operations.
- Develop and maintain HRrelated policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure HR operations remain competitive and effective.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR operations team fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in HR operations management or a similar role.
- Deep understanding of HR functions including compliance payroll benefits administration and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HRrelated software systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer service.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming team.
