Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and manage the corporate sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Identify engage and negotiate with key corporate clients to drive sales and achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral and strategies tailored to corporate clients
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present regular sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to the senior management team
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and support to the corporate sales team
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies sales processes and regulatory requirements
- Participate in networking events conferences and industry forums to promote the organization and expand the corporate client base
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in corporate sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a highperforming sales team
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to close large corporate deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to corporate clients
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop effective sales plans and initiatives

- Ability to travel as needed to meet with corporate clients and attend industry events
