We are seeking a highly experienced Captive Sales Head with expertise in solution sales captive business models and staff augmentation. The ideal candidate will drive strategic sales initiatives to expand our captive client base focusing on delivering tailored solutions and staffing services. This senior role demands strong leadership client management and a proven track record in highvalue sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead captive sales initiatives identifying and developing new business opportunities within captive accounts.
Drive solution sales by understanding client needs and delivering comprehensive technology solutions that align with organizations offerings.
Oversee staff augmentation services ensuring timely and effective deployment of talent for client projects.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets within the captive business space.
Build and maintain longterm relationships with key decisionmakers ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client expectations ensuring smooth delivery of services.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities in captive sales and staffing.
Prepare regular reports on sales metrics forecasts and client engagement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Sales or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
1520 years of experience in sales with a strong focus on captive business solution sales and staff augmentation.
Demonstrated success in managing largescale sales projects and achieving revenue targets.
Indepth understanding of captive business models and the ability to drive value through tailored solutions.
Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple highpriority projects and adapt to a dynamic sales environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
