As Business Solutions Manager is a specialized role that focuses on providing comprehensive solutions to address business requirements of clients. The primary objective of the resource is to leverage the organizations expertise resources and capabilities to deliver valueadded solutions that meet the specific needs of clients or internal stakeholders.
Your job description might include:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements objectives and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to develop customized solutions and recommendations to address client needs.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to design and implement holistic solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Lead client engagements from inception to completion ensuring highquality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on business solutions and industry trends.
- Enable business development initiatives including identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with business development teams in providing product/ solution demos to client.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies tools and processes within the Business Solutions Group.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies market trends and competitive landscape.
- Stay abreast of notifications/ circulars from regulators and share recommendations with product teams to ensure product.
What You Need:
- Atleast 5 years of experience in the payments/ lending/ financial industry.
- Atleast 3 years of experience in the building/ consulting payments/ lending solutions in a fintech/bank/ NBFC.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering highimpact solutions and driving business results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
- Experience in taking quick decisions basis data & analytical inputs.
- Ability to influence crossfunctional teams without formal authority.
- Sharp eye for detail and highly developed organizational skills including the ability to mentor teams.
