Junior HR Recruiter
Salary Package: up to 3 LPA
Location: Kolkata (Work From Office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies and sourcing plans
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Assisting in the preparation of job offers and employment contracts
- Participating in career fairs and other recruitment events
- Building and maintaining networks to find qualified passive candidates
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires
- Conducting reference and background checks on potential employees
- Collaborating with the HR team to enhance the employer brand
- Utilizing recruitment software and social media to attract candidates
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
- 12 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
