Excellent job opportunity with our esteemed client in Mumbai (near AndheriEast station) looking for experienced candidate in the role of Receptionist / Front Desk Executive.
Required work experience 1 to 2 years as receptionist or front desk executive role

Responsibilities in brief (but not limited to below)
- Greet and welcome guests visiting the office as soon as they arrive at the premises
- Direct/guide visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information to the visitors; inperson and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing photocopying transcribing.
Requirements and skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist Front Office Representative Admin or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS word MS Excel MS PowerPoint).
- Professional attitude and approach toward work with strong work ethics.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
