Job Description

Regional Sales Manager Aircraft Spare Parts and Engines (Hybrid Singapore only)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategicallyfocused Regional Sales Manager to lead and optimize our sales initiatives in the field of aircraft spare parts and aircraft engines. The ideal candidate will bring an extensive background in the aviation industry specifically in the trading and sales of aerospace components. This role necessitates a demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain substantial relationships with key accounts driving market share and revenue growth in an increasingly competitive and technically complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Oversight: Administer daily trading and sales processes rigorously aligning them with corporate objectives compliance standards and sales methodologies ensuring operational effectiveness and costefficiency.
  • Sales Opportunity Identification: Proactively evaluate and pursue new market opportunities through extensive market research customer insights and industry relationships. Utilize datadriven approaches to forecast potential revenue increases and identify emerging market segments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and fortify robust client relationships by acting as the main technical liaison for clients addressing inquiries providing expert insights and facilitating solutions to complex operational challenges.
  • Contract Negotiations: Conduct comprehensive negotiations involving contracts and pricing structures employing best practices to ensure both parties achieve maximum value while adhering to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Metrics Management: Define track and achieve aggressive sales targets employing analytics and KPIs to report on performance trends to senior leadership thereby facilitating informed decisionmaking and strategy adjustments.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal departments including marketing engineering and supply chain management to engineer strategic market entry plans and product development initiatives that reflect client specifications and market demands.
  • Market Analysis: Leverage analytical tools to assess industry trends ensuring a keen understanding of competitor movements technological advancements and shifts in regulatory landscapes to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Customer Satisfaction Assurance: Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues and maintaining open lines of communication thus enhancing client loyalty and retention.
  • Sales Team Development: Provide comprehensive mentorship and handson training to the sales team enhancing their technical understanding of products industry changes and effective sales techniques to improve overall team performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Aviation Aerospace Engineering Business Administration or a closely related field with a strong technical foundation.
  • A minimum of 7 years of proven experience within the aviation sector particularly focused on aircraft spare parts trading and sales showcasing a track record of sales success and operational knowledge.
  • Profound understanding of aviation industry standards market dynamics best practices in parts procurement supply chain management and the regulatory frameworks that govern aircraft operations.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills reflecting the capacity to engage effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders from technical teams to executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team fostering an environment of collaboration accountability and high performance in a competitive landscape where speed accuracy and customer focus are paramount.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track sales activities manage leads and analyze performance metrics; advanced competency in relevant software tools within the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the designated territory for client engagements industry conferences and networking opportunities ensuring presence and support in key markets.
