Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Management:
- Lead the FP&A department including management of senior finance professionals and analysts.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and drive the company s longterm financial strategies and objectives.
- Provide thought leadership on financial trends market conditions and operational performance offering actionable insights for executive decisionmaking.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Oversee the development and execution of annual budgets quarterly forecasts and longterm financial plans.
- Drive the creation of detailed financial models to assess business performance investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct variance analysis and develop proactive recommendations for mitigating risks or capitalizing on opportunities.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Establish and maintain KPIs and financial metrics to monitor business performance.
- Prepare and present highlevel financial reports and presentations for the board of directors and senior management.
- Monitor financial and operational results and ensure alignment with the company s strategic goals.
Crossfunctional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with business leaders across various functions (Sales Marketing Operations etc.) to drive financial performance and ensure the alignment of business and financial strategies.
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews with functional leaders offering insights to drive operational and financial efficiency.
Financial Governance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to financial controls accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential financial risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
Team Development & Mentorship:
- Manage mentor and develop a highperforming team within the FP&A department providing guidance on career progression and skill development.
